Most people don’t expect this Swedish/French guy making salsa but as I always say, “I’m a man of the world”. I’ve always been inspired by different cultural foods and had a passion for cooking while bringing people together around different cuisines.

After serving in the military, I studied engineering at the University of Chico. While attending school during the day, working nights as a cook or server in various restaurants, it led me to following my passion for cooking while putting my mathematical skills and taste buds to use.

I am a self-taught cook and worked my way up while learning from chef’s and professionals however starting my own business has always been a dream.

Sir Ranos Salsa LLC was established summer of 2020. With my desire in creating new recipes, I look forward to providing people with an all-natural quality product.
