Most people do not expect a Swedish–French guy to be making salsa, but as I often say, I am a man of the world. My love for food comes from a deep curiosity and appreciation for flavors. I have always loved being in the kitchen experimenting with recipes, trying new combinations, and pushing myself to create something new. For me, cooking is more than just making food; it is how I express creativity and bring people together to share great flavors and meaningful moments around the table.

After serving in the military, I studied engineering at California State University, Chico. While attending classes during the day, working nights as a cook and server in various restaurants, I discovered that cooking was where my true passion allowing me to put both my analytical mindset and taste buds to use. I am a self-taught cook who worked my way up learning from chefs and industry professionals along the way. While those experiences shaped my skills, starting my own business was always the dream. Sir Ranos Salsa LLC was established in the summer of 2020. With my desire for creating new recipes, my goal is to provide people with an all-natural, high quality product that reflects my love for food, creativity, and craftsmanship.
